Yes, if and only if your MPEG-4 video source delivers discrete frames 
- i.e., one frame at a time.

If, however, your MPEG-4 video source delivers an unstructured stream 
of bytes - rather than one frame at a time - then you should use a 
"MPEG4VideoStreamFramer" instead.

No, it already works well, and should not need modification.
