[Live-devel] Frame -- as used in the live555 code, is this a 'video' frame?

The IETF has defined new payload formats (and encoding) for doing FEC on RTP streams.  However, we don't yet implement any of them (although we might in the future).  But implementing these requires a lot more work than just slapping some FEC encoding and decoding code onto the existing code.  Sorry.
