For some reason, you're not getting EOF when you read past the end of 
the file when it's on SMB.  This may be an OS problem.  You're going 
to have to figure this out for yourself (you need to figure out why 
"handleClosure()" is not getting called in 
"ByteStreamFileSource.cpp").
