Thanks for the bug report.  I've identified the problem, which will 
be fixed in the next release of the software.

In the meantime, you can fix it by adding the line:
	videoSink->stopPlaying();
at line 128 of "testH264VideoStreamer.cpp", just before:
	Medium::close(videoSource);
