Sorry for the long delay in responding to this. (I've been traveling
for the past two months, and am way behind on email.)
The 'problem' is only that your operating system doesn't know how to
open the output file named "video-H264-1", because it is (in this
case) just a raw H.264 video file, not a 'mp4'-format file. (Note,
BTW, that the "-4" option tells "openRTSP" to output a 'mp4'-format
file, *not* an AVI-format file.)
If, however, you change the name to (e.g.) "example.h264", then some
media players - for example VLC - may be able to play it.
