Dear Ross
I have a problem and I would like to know your opinion on it. I have an rtp
source that may be down sometimes.
I want to replace this source with an rtp stream with the same content,
except for down times, which I would send a prerecorded material to the
output. Could you suggest a good approach for this problem?
