Sorry, but when I downloaded this file (and renamed it as "test.264"), I had no problem streaming it with "testH264VideoStreamer", and playing the stream using "testRTSPClient".  In particular:

Ditto if I stream this file using "testOnDemandRTSPServer".  So I don't understand why you're having problems with this file.  Are you sure you haven't modified the supplied code?
