I couldn't really understand all of this rambling message (but since your email address announces to the world that you are just a casual hobbyist rather than a serious professional, I really don't care).  But from what I can tell, you are asking how to use the "LIVE555 Media Server" to stream a file (or set of files) to an iPhone/iPad, using Apple's "HTTP Live Streaming" protocol.

Note, in particular, that a media file streamed by the server *must* be a single *Transport Stream* file (i.e., not split into multiple files), and must have an index file (which our documentation also tells you how to create).
