The most reliable way to set the IP address that the server uses is to first configure your OS so that that interface the one that's used for multicast routing; i.e., the one that has a route for 224.0.0.0/4
In software, you could also try changing the IP address by first assigning the global variables
ReceivingInterfaceAddr
and
SendingInterfaceAddr
but this is unreliable, and doesn't seem to work on all OSs. Configuring your OS so that the desired interface is used for multicast routing is the most reliable method.
