[Live-devel] RTCPInstance error: Hit limit when reading incoming packet over TCP. Increase "maxRTCPPacketSize"

Hello, all
I wrote dll library by proxy example. It works well, but sometimes there is
a mistake "RTCPInstance error: Hit limit when reading incoming packet over
TCP. Increase "maxRTCPPacketSize"" and one of streams is freeze. It occurs
when clients are connected and one of them stops playing.
After that in the log will be this line before server restart.
