[Live-devel] Possible to disable use of RTCP?

Cisco has confirmed a bug in their VSM-server (v6.3.2) when using RTSP. To
get around the bug we've been told to "disabling the use of RTCP when they
setup the playback sessions. This is done by only specifying one client port
(the RTP port) on the SETUP request. As the sessions are only kept up for 10
seconds, then RTCP is not required. RTCP is only required if the session is
going to be longer than 5 minutes."

The 10s sessions referred to in the quote is the cycle interval our client
uses to switch cameras, i.e. streams are continuously connected and shut
down. I haven't found a way to tell liveMedia to not use RTCP, or to change
the way the SETUP request is sent. Is it possible?
