FYI, these error/warning messages - printed by 'MPlayer' - all seem to be about problems in the H.264 video content; not problems in the way in which this content is packed into a Transport Stream.  (You would likely get the same messages if you were to stream the ".264" file directly - i.e., without packing it into a Transport Stream - and then try viewing the stream using "MPlayer".)

In any case, these problems seem to be caused by the way in which you are generating your H.264 video content (and thus are not directly related to our software, and thus are off-topic for this mailing list).
