[Live-devel] Getting server wallcock

I had been going under the assumption that I could interpret the
presentation times in terms of the server's wallclock. I just realized
that, in fact, presentation time appears to have been converted to the
client's local time, i.e. accounting for time zone, etc. Is this the case,
and if so, is there any way to determine the server's actual wallclock
time? I realize this may be deemed an overly-literal interpretation of
presentation time, but it's actually extremely accurate if you happen to
the in the same locality as the server.

I apologize if this has been answered already.
