                Hi Ross,

Thanks a lots for this very nice library and for your quick feedback on the mailing list.

Could it be possible from the RTSP callback to get back the context of the RTSPClient owner ?
More or less the stuff that is done using a customized RTSPClient in testRTSPClient.cpp or using global variable in playCommon.cpp
Perhaps adding some extra parameters in the callback prototype "typedef void (responseHandler)(RTSPClient* rtspClient, int resultCode, char* resultString);" to identify the MediaSession and the MediaSubsession ? or a void * to allow user to specify its arguments ?

Regards,

                Michel.

Objet : [Live-devel] Warning: The old 'synchronous' "RTSPClient" interface will be removed, starting on June 1st, 2013

On June 1st, 2013, it will be just over three years since the "RTSPClient" class was changed to use an asynchronous (i.e., non-blocking) interface (and more than 15 months since the old 'synchronous' "RTSPClient" interface was defined, by default, in the code).

Starting on that date, the old synchronous "RTSPClient" interface will no longer be available, at all (and will therefore no longer be supported).
