I guess in VLC jerks eliminated thanks to the buffer. I just wanted to
understand why the presentation of the group of units (SPS, PPS and IDR)
is the same, but really the SPS and PPS come without delay, and IDR
frame with a delay of 40 milliseconds in accordance with the FPS?
