[Live-devel] Framerate in the file is 4X the original

Hello Ross,

I stream the video from the camera, and in the resulting file framerate is 4X the original.
Eg. camera provides 30 FPS, in the file I get around 120, which results in "slow-mo" playback.

Tried to save .avi, .mp4, .mov using openRTSP, same thing.
Kindly advise, where to look, what to check.
