[Live-devel] How to read a file with ".mp4" ext name and transport it via RTP using Live555 ?

No, we also support streaming from Matroska files - i.e., ".mkv" and ".webm" files.

You can't.  We don't (and don't have any plans to) support streaming from ".mp4" or ".mov" files.
