If you compile the library with the DEBUG macro set, you should get a 
line beginning with "MPEGVideoStreamFramer::computePresentationTime(" in 
the output.  What appears after the parentheses?

Also, what is the intended frame rate of the source stream, and have you 
verified that this is the actual frame rate in the output?
