No, in this case, the proxy stream will have the same URL suffix as the 'back end' stream.  So, if your 'back end' stream has the URL
	rtsp://host.example.com/foobar
then the proxy stream should be accessible as
	rtsp://proxy-server-name-or-address:portnum/foobar
