The data in "fReceiveBuffer" (for the "video/H264" stream) is a 'raw' H.264 NAL unit.  So you can't write it directly to a ".mp4"-format file.

Instead, I suggest that you use the "openRTSP" application - see http://www.live555.com/openRTSP/   Note that it has an option "-4" for writing 'stdout' to a MPEG-4 format file.
