The problem is in the RTSP "PLAY" request that your media player ("MPlayer") is sending.

The ";timeout=65" in the "Session:" header is wrong.  The RTSP specification (RFC 2326, section 12.37) clearly states that "The timeout parameter is only allowed in a response header".

Please ask the developers of your media player to fix this problem.

Alternatively, you could use a better media player.  I suggest using VLC <http://www.videolan.org/vlc/>
