You are correct I am new to this and have ZERO prior experience with
Ubuntu. I had a computer tech come put the system in and I access Ubuntu
through a Virtual Box. To be honest I didn't even know this kind of thing
was possible. But I am learning and I want to get this program to work for
the application I need it to. I thank you for your help to this point and
would really appreciate you helping me fix the quality of my outputs to be
the original quality of the stream.

To install the package I put the below into the terminal:

*$ sudo apt-get install livemedia-utils*

And maybe this was the wrong way and the full package did not install
correctly or is missing something?

I would appreciate your help but if you are getting to frustrated with my
inexperience, please point me in the right direction to figure this out.

Thanks
