I did it and unfortunately there is no improvement. I've also checked
other receivers (mplayer, ffplay) and behavior is very similar.

Timestamps looks good, but if I decrease sample rate/bit rate in audio
encoder from 44100 to 8000 everything looks good. This value is below
our target, but it shows that there may be some performance issue on
server/live555 side.

I'm wondering how live555 handles two subsessions? Is getting each
frame done in one execution thread, or each subsession has it's own
dedicated thread?
