FYI, we are developing a WebRTC-based service (using STUN/ICE etc.) that will make it possible to stream (via RTP/RTCP) across NATs.  This is a long way away from general deployment, but you can see a demo at	
	http://webrtc.live555.com

(Note that the RTSP protocol *cannot*, in general, be expected to work across NATs.)
