By “security”, I presume you mean “encryption” (of the streamed audio/video data).  (Note that there’s a lot more to ‘security’ than just encryption.)

The only way I know of to have the audio/video stream encrypted is to run it (i.e., the RTSP server and the RTSP client) over a VPN.
