I mean the only A/V streaming protocol, of course.  I’m excluding RTSP in that characterization.

In case it’s not clear, I mean you should use tcpdump, Wireshark, etc.  Wireshark’s GUI is especially helpful in that it will decode much of RTSP for you, graphically.
