Our library is C++, not C.

Yes, it’s possible to send ‘raw’ data over UDP, using the “BasicUDPSink” class.

We generally don’t support HTTP (except for the special case of tunneling RTSP/RTP/RTCP over HTTP).

I doubt that our software will be useful for your application.  Sorry.
