Well, no. The main video ends, but there is additional content. The 
entire video is 10.22 long. The file plays perfectly with VLC (same 
file, played locally on the server but not through the streamer).

There is a longer video on the server as well
<rtsp://margotandjim.com/NorthSeaCrossing.mkv>. It exhibits the same 
behavior.
