[Live-devel] Can't play RTSP streams on 2019.12.30/2020.01.10

  Hello.

  I'm using vlc and liveMedia on FreeBSD.
  It was good working with liveMedia-2019.12.05 to play RTSP streams
of an IP-camera as follows.

% vlc rtsp://192.168.XXX.XXX:554/11

  I was updated liveMedia to 2019.12.30 or 2020.01.10, I could
not play RTSP streams as follows.
