[Live-devel] CPU usage jumps high on SRTP streaming

OK, I have now released a new version (2020.10.16) of the code that should fix this problem.

The problem was that - after 1 minute (unless periodic “OPTIONS” commands are sent) - the RTSP server (Bosch camera) closes the TLS connection.  Our code was not handling this properly.  It should work better now.
