You’re trying to run, before you’ve first demonstrated that you can walk.
You need to first show that:
1/ You can run “openRTSP” to receive H.264 video data from your back-end camera
2/ The resulting output file is non-empty. Then, rename it to “test.264"
3/ You can run the original, unmodified “testH264VideoStreamer”, to stream from this video file, and demonstrate that the RTP multicast stream can be received/played by your desired receivers.
Then, and only then, should you think about piping together “openRTSP” and (a modified) “testH264VideoStreamer”. This should work if, and only if, you’ve gotten steps 1-3 to work.
In your first email, you implied that you’d already gotten both a RTSP client (to your back-end camera) and “testH264VideoStreamer” (to stream via multicast to your desired receivers) to work. But that apparently wasn’t the case.
