Sorry I didn't explain clearly enough.

I use "LIVE555 Streaming Media" versions 20200306 and 20090126 as "RTSP server".
And I use VLC, ffmpeg and Milestone to connect this RTSP Server to get the Video and audio stream.

If you need more detailed information and experiments, please let me know

Sorry, but you still have not explained how, specifically, you are using our software.  Are you using it as a RTSP client, as a RTSP server, as a RTSP proxy server - or as some combination of these?

Before I can help you with whatever problem you might be having with our software, you first need to explain, specifically, how you are using it.
