What happens if you connect one client, then wait a few minutes (<17:53), and then start another client?

Do both clients stop at the same time (17:53 after the first client started)?  Or does each client stop at different times, 17:53 after it started?

What happens if you use “openRTSP” <http://www.live555.com/openRTSP/> as a (command-line) RTSP client?  Do you see anything in the RTSP protocol exchange that tells you what is happening after 17:53?
