Alexandre,

Yes, the LIVE.COM code has support for this (provided that the receiving 
client has a reasonable amount of buffer space).  See the new 
"MPEG2TransportStreamFramer" class, or else wait a couple of days, and 
there'll be a new test program that streams MPEG Transport Streams.
