I still have some questions:
1. "provided that the receiving client has a reasonable amount of buffer
space": How much is a reasonable amount of buffer space? I ask you this
because my client has to much limitations including memory limitations.
2. "wait a couple of days, and there'll be a new test program that
streams MPEG Transport Streams" : Do you have an estimation on how much
is a couple of days? :)
3. How is the control of bit rate is done? using the PCR? If is using
the PCR can you point me a nice place to learn more about it?
