If the receiving client is doing RTCP correctly, then 'negative' (converted 
to 0) RTTs should occur only when (i) there is some clock drift between the 
sender and receiver computers (which implies, of course, that the sender 
and receiver are on different computers), and (ii) the 'actual' RTT is very 
small.

If this 'always' happens when using QuickTime Player, then this suggests 
that it does, indeed, have a bug.
