Ross,

 

So what data is the H263 class looking to read from the file? Is this just
raw frame data

or is there actually a file format for H263 video? Or do I need to run a
conversion of my mpg

file to a raw H263 file? 

 

My goal is to produce a H263 video stream from a saved video file. What ever
steps

I need to perform to get the correct file format is fine, I am just trying
to identify them.
