Eric,

Thanks for reporting this problem.  I've now fixed a bug in the 
"MPEGVideoStreamFramer" code that was causing the jerkiness.  Please 
download the latest version (2005.07.10) of the code.

I still find, however, that A/V sync is a little bit off.  I suspect (but 
am not certain) that this is because your encoded video stream does not 
begin with a MPEG Video Sequence Header (instead, the first Video Sequence 
Header occurs a short distance (time) into the stream).

NOTE TO ALL READERS:  If you downloaded the previous version (2005.07.08) 
of the code, then please download the newest version (2005.07.10) 
instead.  (The previous version contained an incorrect, debugging version 
of "testOnDemandRTSPServer.cpp".)
