[Live-devel] RTSP and DirectShow

How could I stream from a live source ?? I saw this question on the FAQ page of the live media page, but I don't know how i can do this. I want to stream fro ma tv capture card with directshow....what i have to do ??? i have to make a directshow filter with the livemedia library???
