No, "MPEG4ESVideoRTPSink" is used for *sending* data.  I.e., it is 
used by a transmitter, not a receiver.

The error messages that you saw are generated by the RTP 
*receiver*.  You need to look at the buffer size of the 'sink' object 
used by your receiver.
