Using "ByteStreamMultiFileSource" is correct.  However, because you 
are joining together multiple, separate Transport Stream files, you 
should make sure that the "discontinuity_indicator" bit is set in the 
first header of each Transport Stream file.  This tells both our 
server, and the receiving client, that the PCRs in the Transport 
Stream have reset.
