No.  It contains just MPEG-4 Video data, and nothing else.  That's 
what "Elementary Stream" means.

No. 'Hinting' is a technique that is used only by Apple's Darwin 
Streaming Server.  It is not applicable to our RTSP server.

Because our RTSP server implementation has explicit knowledge of the 
structure of MPEG-4 Video Elementary Stream data (ditto for MPEG-1,2 
audio/video, MPEG-4 AAC audio, MPEG Transort Stream files, WAV audio 
files, etc. etc.).
