No.  The "LIVE555 Streaming Media" code currently does not contain 
any mechanism for *reading* (and thus streaming) ".mp4"-format files.

It *might* be possible, using either the 
"MPEG2TransportStreamFromESSource" class, or (more likely) some new 
subclass of "MPEG2TransportStreamMultiplexor", similar to the 
existing "MPEG2TransportStreamFromESSource" class.  I haven't 
investigated this in detail, though.
